How many entertainers do I need for my group of children?
It depends on the chosen entertainment: above 12 to 15 children, 2 entertainers are required. When requesting your quote, tell us the number of children and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you do entertainment at restaurants or event venues?
Yes! We bring the party to any venue: private homes, restaurants, event farms, schools, residential communities and companies.
Can we customise the activities?
Of course! We adapt the games, activities and themes to the birthday star's taste and the guests' age group. Talk to us about your idea.
What ages do you work with?
We work with all ages! Most of our entertainment is designed for children aged 3 to 12, but we have activities for babies, teenagers and even adults.
What if I need to cancel or postpone the event?
Contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to reschedule to a new date, subject to availability.
Does the price include travel?
We are based in Lisbon. Depending on the event's location, a travel fee may apply, which we always state in the quote.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially in high season (spring, Christmas parties and weekends). We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance.
Are the characters the same as in the photos?
Yes, the photos in our catalogue correspond to the actual costumes we use. Equipment images are illustrative.
What if it rains?
No problem! We adapt the activities to indoor spaces. For outdoor equipment (inflatables, trampolines), we help find the best alternative or reschedule.
Do you bring all the necessary materials?
Yes, we bring all the materials for the booked activities. For electrical equipment (inflatables, carts, soap bubble machine) only a power outlet is needed.
How early do you arrive to set up?
The team always arrives in advance so that everything is ready at the scheduled time. Setup time varies with the service, and we always arrange the schedule with you.
Is the face painting safe?
We only use professional hypoallergenic, water-based make-up, specifically for children's sensitive skin and easy to remove.
