Information regarding alternative consumer dispute resolution, under the legal terms applicable to the provision of our services.
In compliance with the duty to inform set out in Article 18(1) of Law 144/2015 of 8 September, we inform customers that, to settle any conflict resulting from the provision of our services, they may use alternative dispute resolution entities.
Although we are not bound to any ADR entity by membership or legal imposition, our customers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform or one of the entities identified on this page.
