General conditions
– Before making any award, you should check the availability of the service.
– In case of cancellation, the client may change the service awarded to another date, but it is always subject to Animarte’s availability.
– No returns are made.
– Animators and extra hours come at an additional cost.
– Other payment methods must be agreed prior to booking the service.

All decorative elements must be returned clean and in perfect condition.

If the dimensions of the location and/or weather conditions prevent the assembly of the equipment, Animarte is not responsible for them, and therefore does not exchange equipment or refund money in this case.

When delivering the inflatable, within the agreed time, we will only wait 15 minutes. After this time, it may be rescheduled outside of delivery, adding a 2nd attempt fee of 20 euros + travel fee.

I there is no collection act from the Ball Pool, and the balls are not inside it, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged or, in the case of pools over 3 meters, a fee of 50 euros.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure an electrical access point. Animarte offers 1 extensions that can provide up to 25 meters.

– To book your party, you must pay only 50% of the award, to the Bank Identification Number indicated below, and the remainder is paid at the end of the event to the animators.

– VAT is added to the services awarded at the legal rate in force of 23%. Dynamic rates.
